WHY ARE YOU SHIPPING MY ORDER A
DIFFERENT WAY THAN I PICKED?
Some orders will have a signature required on them. Most orders that are
able to ship USPS will ship that way due to signature required, even if you pick
Fedex. If you absolutely need it shipped FedEx, just let us know in the comments and we'll be happy to do it.
HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?
orders should be placed on the website. In special circumstances if an
order cannot be placed online then there may be a 24-48 hour processing
HOW LONG DO ORDERS TAKE TO SHIP?
Most orders are in stock and ship the same day or the next day unless otherwise notified.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
We do NOT accept USED items. Any returns must have prior
authorization from us before returning. These items may be subject to a
20% restocking fee. Any items that were custom ordered are not eligible
for return. Customers MUST contact us for a return address within 10
days of receiving the item. At that time we will explain whether your
item is eligible for a refund or exchange. Also, note the shipping
policy listed below.
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING?
The customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned items. Any item returned to us MUST
be packaged properly before shipping and should be insured through the shipping carrier. If any item is damaged in
transit to us it is the responsibility of the shipper to file a claim
with the shipping carrier they used. If the customer chooses not to file
a claim then it is their responsibility to pay for the damages.
Shipping charges will NEVER be refunded on returns. Contact us for the
